Furniture Village - Sheffield Reviews 

We visited Furniture Village after price checking a mattress online against Dreams. We were very impressed by the choice for mattresses but most impressed with the man who helped us (unfortunately I can't remember his name) who was uniquely both extremely helpful and also not pushy at all. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us exactly that. Normally we don't purchase on the spot as we get scared away by pushy salesmen but we felt so convinced by the product and the value, plus the bonus of interest free finance. Thank you so much 😊

The guy who served us was helpful but not pushy, he allowed us space to look round without being a nuisance but was on hand if we needed him

The sales consultant Joe Walker was very helpful and showed us various options and helped us secure a good deal for the items we purchased

Graham didn't hassle us when we were looking he came over to us introduce himself and said if we need any help just ask, when we found dinning tables that we like he explained how they worked and showed us which help us to choose which table to have. We then went on to look at sofas he did the same with these really helpful on both purchases.

The salesman who delt with us was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products we were looking at and he gave us plenty of time to think about purchasing the products.

We had been struggling to find the right suite for us. Joe our salesman at the Sheffield store, was very patient, understanding and helpful. It took three visits to finally place the order and Joe did not pressure us, but was helpful and attentive at every visit.
