We wanted a sofa for a long time we visited the store in Crystal peaks last year and we met him there he talked us through everything, even though we didn't buy then.
His service was second to none ,so we wanted to go straight to him this time and brought a sofa coffee table and bench lounge.
If I had to give a rating out of 10 for him it would be 11 .
Very happy with the service he provided and very happy with the product.

Very helpful.Not pushy ,which I like.Good choice.

We were greeted by smiling, friendly staff, who said "hello" and left us to look around at leisure. When we asked for assistance they were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and polite. The whole experience great from start to finish and I would have no issues in recommending this branch of Furniture Village to anyone.

Johnathan was just the right side of attentive without being overbearing. He was knowledgable about the products, delivery and offers. We went in for a dining set but because of his sharing and service we spent a lot more and completed our room. We were both very impressed and as I worked in customer service most of my career I am confident in giving him five star rating for his customer service. Thank you so much for your help. We was allowed to browse without being pestered and then when we wanted assistance we got it, everyone was so friendly.

What totally different experience this has been today going into furniture village in Sheffield, I really wish now i had originally bought from here because honestly they have been amazing in this shop.

No pushy salesman, they give you chance to walk round, very knowledgeable about there products.

We were served by Omar, such a nice man, not pushy, answered any questions you might have.

Have a sale on currently so if looking for some new furniture go check them out.

Jez the sales assistant has helped us on our last 2 sales, he has been courteous, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. He let us know he would be there should we need him and we really appreciate that instead of being followed around.

Have visited the Crystal Peaks store twice in the last couple of weeks and have received excellent service from Graham. It took us a while to choose the dining set that we wanted and Graham supported us in a knowledgeable way without being at all pushy.

Jonathan at the Drakehouse Retail Park store was very helpful. Explained everything well and was not pushy.

Good quality table. But one of their sales man blame to me why not to find him again so he can't earn the commission.
