I am writing regarding warranty case 08939P094 for my Telosa Electric End Lift Ottoman Bed Frame, purchased from Furniture Village Slough in February 2026. even after reaching out to myexperience team @ furniturevillage.co.uk no respite

The electric end lift mechanism has stopped working. I raised a warranty support request on 24 April 2026 (reference 08939P094) and submitted supporting videos and images at that time.
Despite following up with your customer services team on a daily basis since then, I have received no update or progress on my case. The lack of response is disappointing and does not reflect the level of after-sales support I expected when purchasing a premium product from Furniture Village.

29th April -- Please see the reference details 08939P094 still no response from customer service

6th May and is yet to be fixed. Their warranty and after care is hopeless please refrain from buying from Furniture village.

Shiraz was really helpful and friendly, we were buying our first sofa for our new home but he gave us on point advice, which was practical and not sales biased!

We had a fantastic experience at Furniture Village Slough. From the moment we walked in, Michael made us feel really welcome. He was incredibly friendly, approachable, and took the time to engage with our baby, which made a big difference to us as a family.

What really stood out was how helpful and knowledgeable he was when it came to choosing the right mattress. He listened carefully to how both of us sleep and guided us towards options that genuinely suited our needs. There was absolutely no pressure at any point—he gave us plenty of time to try out different mattresses at our own pace.

We also really appreciated the little touches, like offering us tea and coffee while we tested everything out. It made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable rather than rushed or overwhelming.
