Fizz was very knowledgeable on the range and options, wasn't pushy and didn't rush us. Dedicated time and attention which left us with all our questions answered which ultimately made us comfortable with completing the purchase.

Taha delivered and assembled my new bed and mattress today, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. He was punctual, professional, and incredibly efficient. The assembly was done with real care and attention to detail, and he made sure everything was perfectly set up before leaving.

On top of the great workmanship, Taha was friendly, respectful, and clearly takes pride in what he does. It’s rare to come across someone who combines skill with such excellent customer service.

It was a great experience

Ordered wardrobe in October but shortly afterwards had to submit a Product After Care Enquiry due to damage to the panel and the wall of the property. Still awaiting panel re-order and unlikely to be resolved any time soon given 5-6 week lead time for replacement. Not a great experience and we've had to chase customer care several times to understand what has been happening. Inconvenient experience overall
