Sarah was really helpful in a minor purchase (a pillow) with a positive attitude and experience of the pillow I bought felt confident it was the right one for me.

Good options on display, greeted by staff (David Potter) after appropriate time and offered coffee, directed to the sort of sofas I was interested in, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable service, given plenty of time to choose before buying sofas.

A couple of weeks ago we were browsing in store and were assisted in a non pushy but very professional manner by Sarah. We saw a couple of 2 seater sofas that we liked but went away to consider. Sarah also arranged to have sent swatches of the materials we liked.
Today we returned to have another look at our choice.
Again we were not pressured but allowed to take our time. In the absence of Sarah, Neil assisted us and allowed to conclude our decision making with space and time. He was there when we needed him and he was able to answer all our questions and enabled us to make our decision to purchase two sofas.
From this experience we conclude that FV have a knowledgeable and well trained professional staff. We will certainly return when we need something further.

Iona went above and beyond to help me with a sale from another store a day before I was meant to receive delivery. Really amazing attitude and customer service. Definitely the best after sales service I've had. The furniture is great quality, guarantees too notch, however it's the customer service that sets them apart. Thanks again.

Sarah knew all about beds and mattresses and was great at helping us. All the staff looked after our special needs son while we shopped. A great store would highly recommend

Neil explained how the sofas come apart for delivery which was our main concern and gave us the deal we wanted. Our old sofas came from here 22 years ago so happy to return.

I had a great experience at Furniture Village with Sarah and Neil. They could not have been more helpful with information, measuring sofas for me, getting extra details and giving good advice. I was also greeted with coffee and a cookie! Extremely happy with my experience. These guys are great!
