Iona went above and beyond to help me with a sale from another store a day before I was meant to receive delivery. Really amazing attitude and customer service. Definitely the best after sales service I've had. The furniture is great quality, guarantees too notch, however it's the customer service that sets them apart. Thanks again.

Sarah knew all about beds and mattresses and was great at helping us. All the staff looked after our special needs son while we shopped. A great store would highly recommend

Neil explained how the sofas come apart for delivery which was our main concern and gave us the deal we wanted. Our old sofas came from here 22 years ago so happy to return.

I had a great experience at Furniture Village with Sarah and Neil. They could not have been more helpful with information, measuring sofas for me, getting extra details and giving good advice. I was also greeted with coffee and a cookie! Extremely happy with my experience. These guys are great!

We had a very pleasant experience choosing a new sofa, Neil Plowman was very helpful and informative, showed us all the options available and showed us a different sofa in the colour we wanted so we could see how the colour looked not just the sample. He let us look around and but was close by if we had questions.

Furniture Village is an excellent store with a fantastic range of sofas and furniture. My husband and I visited the Tunbridge Wells store on Saturday with our two young children, so we were initially a little apprehensive about how the experience would be.
From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and understanding. We were reassured that we could take our time browsing and simply ask for assistance whenever we needed it, rather than being followed around the store. This made the whole experience feel relaxed and completely pressure-free.

Our sales representative, Steve, was superb. He was friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly patient, taking the time to talk us through the different furniture options and finance information without ever making us feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. He was also fantastic with our children, which made such a difference.

The little extras for families were a lovely touch too. The luxury hot drinks machine offered a great selection, including frothy hot chocolate which our children absolutely loved. The freshly baked cookies were another huge hit and kept the children happily occupied while we were able to sit comfortably and discuss our options.

Overall, we had an excellent experience at Furniture Village Tunbridge Wells. The combination of outstanding customer service, a relaxed atmosphere and genuinely helpful staff made the whole visit enjoyable. A special thank you to Steve for making us feel so welcome.

We went to 2 other furniture store in the area not one member of staff from either asked if we needed any help so we went to furniture village and were greeted by a friendly member of staff who helped us choose our settee
