Had delivery of a 3 pce suite from Furniture Village. The delivery/installers Adam & Simon were excellent very considerate & tidy...efficient & informative. The G-Plan suite was all connected together in an hour of arriving!

I had a very pleasant experience with the employee Rav. He was very welcoming and helped me and my family with finding the best sofa for our home. Would definitely recommend his services. Great customer service.

Myself & my wife went to buy a sofa today, we were looking for a corner sofa and found one we liked, as we were sitting on the sofa Judith one of the staff came over to us and asked how we liked the sofa and gave us all the information on the Styles & fabric colours that we could have, she was great as she was not pushy at all and didn’t make us fell uncomfortable.
We decided on the sofa and Judith help us through all the details & the contract for buying the sofa, she was fantastic, thank you for making the purchase so easy Judith and we look forward to having the sofa delivered, thank you.

Ameen was brilliant customer service, let me take my time with decisions and reassured any worries I had. He was great with my children also. Would recommend. Easy process no pressure and lovely to chat with.

Was very surprised with the shopping experience in furniture world. I hadn't heard of this shop before but I'm so glad I went in. I managed to get a bed and a wardrobe on a budget and the quality is 10/10. Sharon who showed us around was very friendly and accommodating we even got free coffee and a cookie. Had a great chat and left feeling very happy. Highly recommend this place over the other more well known brands on the retail park.

Faisal was an absolute delight to work with and guided us to picking furniture for our lounge that we absolutely love.

We dealt with Judith. This is not our local store as one closer but was in the area so popped in. We had already been in local store and had not made a purchase. Wr engaged with Judith and what was so refreshing was that ahe did not stalk us around the shop she let us look at our own pace and was there if we had questions. We took quite a while and Judith was very patient and although we had said the day before we would not purchase a new dining table and chairs for new property until we had moved in we ended up putting order in. Firstly because the sale was still on but moreover we built up a lovely rapport with Judith. A personality that shone through with a great sense of humour and able to interact at our level. We had a lovely couple of hours and we cannot stand pushy sales people who stalk you round a store and pounce on you as soon as you enter store.
