Booked my car in for MOT at Furrows…

Booked my car in for MOT at Furrows Oswestry and booked an optional oil check and top up. Got the bill, Quoted £19.00 charged £26.95. Bill stated £14.95 for 1 ltr of, a quater of the cars total volume, aparently standard charge, WOW. Intislly charged 20 minutes to complete the task but reduced to 10 minutes on questioning cost £12.00. This the second query the first only solved with a new car when I initiated a court case.
Time to move on to another Ford Garage.
Very sad because the Salesmen I dealt with when buying a new car were very good.

Great Service in Purchasing New Car

We have just purchased an ex - demo Puma St Line X from Furrows Shrewsbury. The Sales Executive Andy Higgs arranged the test drives. Andy was very helpful, nothing was too much trouble to ensure we made the right choice. The part exchange represented great value and overall it was a seamless process and hassle free handover.
Andy called a few days later to ensure everything was ok. Many thanks for your help Andy.

Personal relaxed attention

The people are friendly, helpful and not at all pushy. All was explained properly and the target dates met. The car was nicely presented and it's basic operations demonstrated.

Great Experience at Furrows of Telford were…

The staff at Furrows of Telford were good because they were friendly and welcoming. In particular David Holt the Sales Manager. Test drove two cars on 27 September 2025. Not pushy and very knowledgeable on both cars. Brought the second car l test drove. Collected my new car on 3 October. David had produced a video of my car showing me the key features, which was also emailed to me. Opted for the Cosmetic Repair cover and the Diamond Bright cover. Fully impressed with my new car. David rang me on 7 October to check how my car was, which was a nice touch. Noticed that the tyre puncture repair kit was not in the boot. I emailed David who agreed to send one to me via the post. Very professional service. Will be using the Furrows Car Service Team while my car is still under warranty. Would recommend buying a used car from Furrows in Telford.

Excellent service from Louise

Louise took my enquiry and dealt with the entire sale remotely, putting up with my endless questions.
At handover she then took me out for a demo drive, helped set up the kia app and link to the car etc.. she even called latet on to check I had gotten home ok
