Appalling company

Appalling company! If I was able to leave negative starts I would. Call was scheduled and 10min after that time noticed missed call from an unknown number that did not ring! After calling their customer services I was assured that the session would not be charged to my employer, and appointment was rescheduled for today, 10 mins after the appointment time I received a text saying that the appointment had been cancelled as they were waiting for authorisation from my employer. I phoned the customer services again and was told that they were going to charge for the ‘missed’ appointment but were not going to charge for the cancelled one!
For a company that is meant to be a bridge between employee and employer they seem more interested in fraudulently charging the employer and blaming the employee for fake missed appointments.

Cold calling no message no email

In this day and age you would think that occupational health services would consider the employee....cold calling is not conducive and gives the impression they are paid on results rather than their welfare. Perhaps consider this and have the decency to email and or write a letter informing employees when you are calling.
