Good customer service. I received my order as it was scheduled.

Item arrived promptly but was damaged. Sent an email with photo, company responded quickly and sent new item.

Incredibly disappointed as I havnt received my order.
Have emailed the company and called but they never get back to me. I've waited in for the goods but they havnt arrived.
Carrier says items not given to them and that they often have problems with this company.
Feel totally ignored by the company.
I wouldn't recommend shopping for their stuff online.

And when spending £245 , one would’nt expect to be charged a delivery fee…
Anyway still no product and still the futon company wants to know how I am enjoying it even though I have let them know I haven’t received it …

The item itself is sturdy and well-made, and the mattress feels very comfortable.

The delivery was able to be delayed to suit my schedule which was very helpful.

However the assembly instructions are very unclear and overly simplistic, and we ended up having to reassemble 3 times. Because the item is wood and very heavy, the assembly is not that easy even with 2 people. This company should offer an assembly service in the future

In store staff on Tottenham Court Road are really knowledgeable, helpful and patient.

Quick delivery,well made and competitively priced

Great product, the delivery was fast and assembly was easy. My futon has improved my sleep and back pain, all as it saves space in my flat. It’s no challenge at all to convert it from bed to sofa. I got the olive green cover and it’s gorgeous , everything about the bed is high quality and i hope to have it for many years .

Do not advertise as self assembly.
Design faults needed to be rectified to strengthen the assembled article.

Order still not arrived despite following up with courier and The Futon Company.

My day bed was an inspired choice - it was on sale - and that tipped the balance, but so much better than a conventional bed sofa. It exudes class and quality. I use it primarily as a three quarter recliner, but it clearly will make a lovely spare bed (with a decent firm mattress). Admittedly it took two men two hours with extra tools and patience to assemble. But the finished product is a delight.

Outstanding personal service in the store and in the phone call I had made beforehand. Justina was extremely helpful answering my questions and with ordering the correct item.
