Perfect Product.
This company was great! I'd needed a new futon cover for ages and found them online.
There was a wide variety of sizes, fabrics and colours allowing me to have a cover custom made toy specifications.
Delighted with product and the first class service received.

Good quality product
We ordered a futon mattress and we are very happy with it. It is firm to sit on and the colour is lovely, though it hasn’t been slept on yet. The cover is well made and looks easy to remove for cleaning.
There were delays with the couriers, and Peter’s customer service was fantastic throughout. He kept us informed and we felt reassured that we would eventually receive the futon.

Great experience with futons247, after ordering a futon and it wasn't right they made a new one, took back the old one and replaced it with the new one with no extra charge and no fuss. Peter always friendly on the phone too. Thanks

Very happy experience from first viewing website to delivery.
2 lines of advice for new buyers. If you need to fold the matress in 2 places, buy a matress that has built in folds. I should have done that, so had to struggle with the bulky folds. Also, check your Spam folder if no timely emails arrive at your in-box.

Had a wonderful experience with Peter and Futons 247. I ordered a futon mattress in November 2024, but unfortunately it wasn't quite firm enough for me as I have a lower back issue and needed a mattress with greater support.
Peter arranged to have another one made up for me, and even delivered it to my home in person! The mattresses are great and the customer service is out of this world - such a rarity in this day and age. Thank you, Peter!
