I'm glad future shushu has responded, 1354 hrs on a weekday to a UK number is not what I call out of hours, however I am more than happy to respond to a phone call, when I actually receive one. You already have my email address from when you stated you will only refund my money if I remove my review(I still have your email stating this).
As soon as you email me requesting information to return my funds I will happily amend my review 😊.
I ordered from this company 29/10/24.
I instantly received the usual your order is being processed, no surprise I've heard nothing since. I have requested further information via the email address on the site on 31/10/24 with still no response. They have taken my money very quickly no shock there. I think this sight is a con AVOID AT ALL COST
I have still received NO correspondence at all. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING.

Dear Mark Darwin, we have multiple missed calls from you after 6pm and before 10am none at 1354 hrs. You have also not picked the phone on us calling you. Perhaps you have also dialled the wrong number as you have put a typo in your email address to us, then immediately left a liable review without time for a reply, even if it was the correct email address. We are not futureshishu.com nor future shishu.co.uk. We are future-shisha.co.uk Further, you have called us outside working telephone hours 10am-4pm. Like almost all online retailers we do not handle telephone lines 24/7 and our auto dialer does state our working hours.
We are sorry that you have ordered a product on presale backorder but this was clearly marked on the site and your confirmation email. We have been trying very hard for several months to get these in stock, despite your claims that we have updated the site to show as out of stock after the order was placed this is simply not true. So far we have been unsuccessful to source these as mentioned. We are more than happy to refund and as per the situation, we would prefer not to have you as a waiting customer. Can you please respond to our emails so that we can complete your refund.

I received my K1000 Plus vape pipe very quick but unfortunately I can't separate the Atomizer sections to fill it or change the coil, so I sent them 2 emails in 3 days and as yet they have ignored me to sort a solution out. I'm still interested in the pipe but, this is not good PR is it ☹️🤬

Hi Gerry, as per our emails and voicemails we left for you. Your emails were picked up by multiple spam filters meaning we didn't see your initial messages. Sorry about that. Spam filters are independent from us, it's the first time we have had an issue like this, so it may be your email is included in a spam list. Regarding your issue, as mentioned, in our voice messages/emails, some eliquids can go like glue when heated and dried. We don't sell eliquid at this time, but it is important to choose your retailer carefully. To remedy the stuck parts, you can soak them in boiling water, to remove the eliquid. Then will unscrew, normally.

My order didn't arrive by the expected time. After I queried, Jamie responded very quickly and I agreed to wait a little longer to allow for issues with courier, but still no show. Communication with Jamie was excellent and he arranged for another item to be shipped. Very happy with the service. Excellent all round. Thank you Jamie.

Best customer experience even if a mistake happens
At first i got a delivery with some wrong bottles so i emailed them... Without me even asking.... i was prepared to send back BUT THEY SENT ME SAME AFTERNOON all the new bottles plus delivery ALL FREE and said keep all the other bottles as good will.
The most fantastic customer experience ever. I have found my new juice vendor. I mean if they handle something going wrong like that, it means they got your back and do care for the customer... for me thats important hence definetly felt the need to review out of gratitude.

Excellent service - good product
I bought a Kamry K1000 e pipe set from Future Shisha about 5 weeks ago. It was a replacement for a similar pipe I had been using for 18 months.
The pipe is a very good pipe, but over time, the spring wears out - hence the replacement.
After 4 weeks the new pipe stopped working and the fault was in the pipe body.
Jamie at Future Shisha was very helpful. He answered my emails very promptly and sent a replacement pipe body out as soon as I returned the broken pipe body. Very happy and will use again.

Bought a Kamry pipe from Future Shisha. The manufacturer's instruction manual was, to put it mildly, unhelpful but Jamie at Future Shisha was brilliant in filling in the blanks. No need for me to trawl the net for alternative suppliers. Can't put a price on peace of mind!
