Don't even enquire

I enquired about 1 property and since have received email after email every time someone in their offices feels like being annoying. I had to search to find an email address for them as the mails they send are from a no reply address. This done I informed them the unsubscribe option is not working and would they please unsubscribe me. Obviously my request has been ignored, and today for the 5th time I tried to use it.
Since my review above I have received 2 further mails from Future Properties 2.55pm and 6.56 I have tried yet again to unsubscribe and sent a further mail to infoatfuturepropertyauctions.co.uk asking them to unsubscribe me.
Also received a mail from Trustpilot saying Future Property's required more information so returned my email address.

Are you buying 5 ⭐ reviews?

Received email from Future Property Auctions asking for a 5 ⭐ review, despite not using there service. And then it said they give Amazon vouchers to loyal customers 🤔 all sounds a bit shady to me. Are you trying to buy reviews?
If your business has to do this it's not the type of company I could recommend, sorry.

Only reason for 1 star is thats the…

Only reason for 1 star is thats the lowest you can give.

My husband and I bought a flat down near ayr. We asked to see the flat before bidding but we were declined. I should have never have bought the flat because of this.

There was a massive hole in the roof and the ceiling in the spare room has come in. They must have known about this before selling it. There was also a hole at the front door. Again they must have known about this. I guess that's why they never showed the whole middle room. They never gave us a home report till our lawyers asked for it. They said that if they had seen home report before we bought it they would have advised us to stay clear of it.

I thought that it was illegal for home report not to be given before a sale. Yes it's been over 2 years since we bought it but that's not the point. The point is these people need shut down.

I had reasons for buying the flat and if they had been upfront with us we would never have bought it. I can't put the date to when I bought the flat. Bought it 2.5 year ago. When we offered £23.000 we were told no the prior owner wanted £27.500 for it. You would have thought with the flat being on sale for many months the prior owner would have been what was offered. Still no reply from this company. It turns out that there were problems with the roof 3 year ago which these cowboys didn't release in the 1st place. No wonder they didn't let us see the flat to start with. The old owner also ran away with money that a company had given them to fix the roof. Future auctions is a shower of cowboys. And before you mention the words due diligence if you had let me see the flat in the 1st place I wouldn't have bought it. Please answer my review asap. And it has turned out that who ever they sold the flat for stole £3000 from someone. This company must have known all this

Rude, Illegal ghost bids and pressure sales without full legal pack

Rude and pressure sales from the Glasgow office to agree on an auction sale without the legal documents required and telling you they are not required. I am also convinced they are doing illegal ghost bids. I would NEVER consider an auction that is offered with this company as there is too much risk. This company should be barred from auctions.

Property bought pre auction in 2011

Property bought pre auction in 2011. Transaction completed easily, with great communication during the process. The property has been rented by the same tenant for 13 years, suggesting it was a good purchase. Catalogue received by email on a regular basis keeping me abreast of latest available properties.

Sold me land in Spean Bridge

Sold me land in Spean Bridge, which they suggested would be ideal for a camping pod. Not only did it turn out to be on a Site of Special interest it also hand a Council enforcement order on it, which I now have to put right. And it was far too expensive for a bit of frankly useless land. I am so angry, I was rushed into signing and I now thing in hindsight this was deliberate to not give me enough time to work out that the advert for the plot was full of lies!! It's my error but I was misled badly by this mickey-mouse outfit. BEWARE

Complete scam company that is willing…

Complete scam company that is willing to engage in fraudulent behaviour! Entered into a contract then tried to apply additional fees and charges that were never stated prior. I read the reviews, wish I'd listened to them, stay well clear if you want to actually end up with the lot you are buying!

same experience as others

same experience as others. I was the highest bidder' then 'the seller changed their mind' but the property is back on. lol. Also if you look at some of the 5 star reviews, they are worded like an advertisment rather than a real review. Maybe that's their marketing. Make up fake reviews? Another time I bought a property from them, but they had taken a picture of the property next to it rather than the actual property which was a mess. Managed to get my deposit back but I think going forward I will stay well clear of them. I think they place bids on properties themselves so some donut puts in a higher bid and then that persons journey of regret begins. I also emailed them telling them a piece of land at loch lommond could not be built on and they were advertising it as it could be. They never contacted me back. I feel sorry for anyone who bought it. I looked into it and it was in the papers about not being able to build on it.

I would strongly advise anyone against…

I would strongly advise anyone against doing business with these gutter sharks.

I foolishly just bought a flat from them and I consider them now borderline scammers and or thieves the way they operate.

Very predatory in their terms and conditions. Like a loan shark company or other really gutter like company, like private parking cowboys.

It was my first and last time dealing with them. Pay heed to the volumes of negative reviews and be very suspicious of the positive ones. They are awful.

If your lawyer makes one mistake or delay they have all these penalties. They are gougers. Don’t enter any agreement with them. It is guaranteed to be horrendous for you.

ps the reviews are all 1 star or 5 star! do me a favour.
All the five stars are fakes. This is a scammer company. I have now no doubt.

Buyer Beware Avoid this One

Buyer Beware Avoid this One! We bought a property agreed on the price and paid the deposit. Then the next month we were shocked to see the property listed again and they just emailed us to say the customer changed their mind. Shocked that this company has complete disregard for agreements and any professional way of working or standards. Avoid as if you buy it can just be listed again without your notice.
