0 stars. Didnt recieve my parcel and on inquiry after almost 2 months they want me to initiate the claim request with my local delivery service. Even thou, my local delivery service repeatedly said, it needs to be done by the sender, futurizta tech. To hell with these 50$, would request everyone to stay away from them

Recieved a faulty product

Recieved a faulty product. Offered a replacement if I paid for shipping = illegal in Aus, requested a refund, offered store credit, also illegal in Aus.
No help at all. Save your money and time and buy elsewhere

DO NOT BUY

Every few months they make a kickstarter campaign. Sadly I backed one of these campaigns heavily. So far there has been 4 months of delay on shipping. Some people have received their orders, seemingly half of which are faulty and their comments remain unanswered. I have received nothing at all with no communication about any possible shipment date for over a month and no communication at all for over 3 weeks.

Looking at past campaigns the comment pages are the same. Faulty products, no customer service, some people never get their orders. No responses. I would highly discourage anyone from buying from them. Even if you do it using their shop and at least have legal protection for delivery of products there is no customer service to speak of.

I supported this company on Kickstarter…

My husband supported this company on Kickstarter and purchased several of their Zeus x go charging cables. They recognized fairly quickly that they were useless , too short and thick with common iPhone cases such as otter. They were initially “rest assured“ regarding an adapter. They never sent any corrective device and they have one on their website. I have sent multiple emails and now they don’t respond at all. It would cost them less than $20 but the answer is apparently no.Very disappointing. They simply do not prioritize customer service . not only is this a turn off for this company and future products but for Kickstarter as well. It’s just not that hard to take care of current customers when they have a reasonable request :like ;I would like to use this please. I supported you during beta development, maybe you should support me.

Simply the best

I’m from Egypt and I bought the Pixy Go 11 months ago. I have an iPhone 13 mini and I just love it it’s so reliable and the size is perfect and I carry it with me all the time … unfortunately it stopped working one day but they gave me a new one that arrived this week although it was the last days of the warranty so I'm so glad with their service.
Best purchase I made and I’m so happy with the service and product.

Great products ruined by complete lack of customer service

I have a few of their products and have found the design and quality to be great. So it's really unfortunate that I have to give 2 stars due to the complete lack of customer service.

I had a nasty delivery problem and contacted their customer service via email. At first they seemed helpful. But as the resolution became more complex, they stopped responding and never replied to me despite multiple attempts to get their further assistance. I also tried to contact them via Instagram message, but they ignored it or they just don't check incoming messages on that channel.

All in all, their products are worth 5 stars, but their attitude towards customers isn't worth even 1 star.

I ordered some stuff from their website…

I ordered some stuff from their website february 25th and am yet to recieve anything. I constantly have to reach out through email and Instagram to Even Get noticed and still dont Get answered half the time. No updates, no answers. They have some cool products to offer, But the delivery and customer service/support has been horrible so far. I have two orders, #6091 and #6092. #6092 is apparently on the way, #6091 isnt because the powerbank needs a special courier which has Caused complications. Havent heard anything for almost a week now.
If this does not Get resolved i will update my review and recommend everyone to stay away.

Withholding Funds / Stopping Communications

I invested in the company in July 2023, making two transactions. The first transaction involved the purchase of cables, which amounted to $174/AUD. The second transaction was for a fast charger, which cost $133 AUD. The expected delivery date for the product was initially set for September 2023, but it was later delayed until December. Due to the significant delay, I reached out to the company to request a refund. Initially, they were reluctant to provide a refund, but eventually, they refunded the amount of $174. However, they have not yet refunded the amount for the charger. Despite my repeated attempts to contact them, they have chosen not to respond. It is important for prospective buyers to exercise caution when engaging with this company. I still have several options available to address this matter. The company is located at 12/288 Botany Rd Alexandria.

I have attempted to reach out to you on multiple occasions via email, with correspondence sent on February 2nd, January 30th, January 26th, January 25th, and January 24th. In these communications, I clearly articulated my request for a refund due to significant delays in the delivery of my order.

Initially, you declined to process the refund. However, following some comments I made on Kickstarter, you eventually agreed to initiate the refund process. Unfortunately, despite this agreement, the refund for the second part of my order has not been issued.

I have reiterated my request for the full refund in several subsequent emails, yet regrettably, these have gone unanswered. It is important to note that the funds were processed through the Pledgebox platform, as previously highlighted in my emails, which also included screenshots of the transaction for your reference.

I kindly urge you to address this matter promptly unless more reviews need to left on Trustpilot

I am just amazed that you submit a refund of $123, however I paid $133. I contacted you directly 4- 5 days ago but no one replied. I have to come onto his platform to express my disbelief and frustration. You should review your process how you handle complaints, not paying back the full amount after having contacted you on a number of occasions.
