Long waiting time to make a claim outcome
Made a claim via email with supporting evidence on 9 Oct24 but yet to recive an outcome till today, 18Oct24.
Not sure if it is due to I just bought the basic plan and result not much assistance from FWD.
Saw some reviews saying FWD claim was fast. Not sure it is is genuine or not.
Going another trip in coming week and have decided to buy policy from another insurance company.
Suggest to explore a few more on feedback before decide which company to go for.

Fast, friendly and helpful
I reached out to FWD as I received a more serious injury than I realised. I was concerned as it was my first time reaching out to claim travel insurance. I was put in touch with Razim, who replied my initial email 2 days later. It is a rather fast response and he called me the next day of my reply to clarify upon my further enquiries. He assured me of my concerns and if I have any other issues to reach out again via email. Great service!

Good travel insurance
Cost of travel insurance is competitive with other insurers. Previously insured with FWD, claim done was very fast and no issues encountered.
