I've been waiting for over six months to transfer my portfolio positions from FXFlat to another broker. I initiated the process both through RIDE Capital and directly with Interactive Brokers. Both informed me that they're still waiting for FXFlat to confirm the transfer. In my opinion, six months is far too long, and this delay doesn’t give me a good feeling.
Opening a trading account went smoothly and customer service was easy to reach and helpful. Unfortunately I realized that it wasn't quite what I was looking for (not offering the assets I'm interested in), but they also closed my account and refunded me immediately.

First, they are friendly and answer you in a professional manner, after you profit they change market conditions, slow your executions in 3 seconds and the live chat began unresponsive and unprofessional...All the good reviews are paid and bad reviews are reported by them to hide the sad reality. There is no reason to trade in this environment. Bafin close its eyes to see the shady reality!

If you don't pay for it, then you are the product. While this is an ok business model, selling order flows of customers (likely in order to front-run them, Robinhood style) which actively undermines and weakens your customers position in the market is just wrong.

They claim to be Market Maker, have in their website all over that all clients orders go anonymously to liquidity provider well, I still facing the situation where FXFlat Bank have taken my profits and lied to me by email after sent that they will proceed with the withdrawal of my funds saying that the liquidity provider had annulated all my profits after 3 weeks of operations and closed trades. Well I have already my lawyer on top of the case. Just want that all of clients have knowledge of their unprofessional and unethical ways of try to take clients profits.
FXFLAT is clearly a scam company that refutes paying clients money. After a few days of trading scalping, I requested a withdrawal and they simply refused, banned my account and delete my profits, and kept my money for 1 week, after the request they only send me my deposit.
DO NOT DEPOSIT HERE! STAY AWAY!!!!!!
