I like how the broker has promoted…
I like how the broker has promoted itself with a welcome bonus to new trading clients, and the T&C's regarding it. The spread is not bad but can do better with a bit lower spreads and add more assets portfolios like indices and crypto. Either than that this is an excellent broker.

Deposits got missing
Two volet deposits and a litecoin deposit never got credited to my account. My money went missing from my accounts. I never got them deposited to my fxopen account. I never received compensation.
I did not receive support or official statement.
All they said was you should wait and money should arrive. Their site claims volet deposits are instant, and litecoin deposits should be processed by three confirmations on the block chain. This was not true in my case. Fxopen does not feel it is any fault of theirs. I have not received my money yet.

Communication is swift and any enquiries dealt with. Any withdrawls are usually done same day or next working day which is best ive seen. Spreads are low too. Nothing negative to report.
