Mario came in with his son and provided a very reasonable quote for 72m2 of patio. He ordered the slabs of our choice and provided all costs upfront. They came in and started off really well, unfortunately the son had an emergency on his finger, which meant there would be a delay. However I asked Mario to try and complete the job on time and he provided alternative staff, which meant there was only a few days in delay. Once his son had recovered, they came back and jet washed the area used to mix and also the newly laid tiles. The patio looks amazing, so much so, that my neighbours will also be using their services. We will probably use them again for our next home and have the entire garden landscaped. Thank you Mario & team. Very pleasant team, with good, helpful manners. Just wish we had got it done sooner!

We've discussed an appointment at 8:57 on the same day that the "professional" will come around 10:30 to view the garden. He came to check at 9:45, that time wasn't good for me and he told he can go in now 10:30 isn't good for him. Then we've discussed he will come back at 14:00 on the same day. Of course, he didn't come at 14:00 so I've called him where is he. He answered the phone and without checking my garden told 20k on my garden for a 23 m2 paving. They are not reliable and disgusting how they handle their customers. AVOID them.
