Never got my goods and never got an answer

I have been ordering on G2Play for a while now without any trouble.
But this time I ordered a game, and instead of getting a CD KEY directly in my G2Play account, I was supposed to get it from a bot that adds you on steam (Getyourgame).

I did fill the first 3 step (confirm your Steam ID, confirm your country, and then accept the bot friends' request) but never made it to the 4th (get the game as a gift from the bot). You are supposed to get the game within 10 minutes according to your terms. It has been 2 days now.

I wrote 1 e-mail and 1 ticket to the customer supports on which I replied twice to raise, and never got any answer from your customer service.

This is unacceptable. I am pretty sure that the payment was accepted and that you will try your best to keep that cash. Easy when you don't respond.
You just lost a long time customer and I am expecting to get my money back.

Bought Doom Eternal CD key from the…

Bought Doom Eternal CD key from the G2Play.net, still after 9 hours i haven't received my cd key, but my money has gone from my bank account.

I contacted the support about 30 minutes after purchased, because it still did say, "on hold".
2-3 hours later i was contacted by the support, saying my IP address doesn't correspond with my given home address.

I've been using VPN service for years without any problems with purchasing or playing videos games, but i turned off my VPN and "purchased" a new game for test order, to renew my IP address as i was told to do so.

Now, nothing. Dead silence for 6-7 hours. no CD key, no response on tickets, nothing.

UPDATE 1: After 24 hours, i have received the CD key, but If i always have to wait 24 hours after purchase before i can play a game from G2Play, i wouldn't recommend using this site(it's my first time buying from here, and the last time).

Beware that you might purchase used keys

They sell actual keys, but much of what they sell are used serial keys, which you will be unable to activate.

You'll have to keep pressing for several weeks if you want refund or a new key, and they keep ignoring your support ticket. When they eventually refund you, you'll get in-store credit only.

The very nature of their product is flawed – one-time use keys taken from physical copies laying around – that it's impossible to prove to g2play when you receive a good, and when you receive a bad key.

Buyers beware!

Tried to buy a game from this site and…

Tried to buy a game from this site and both times had problems with the keys, first code was the wrong game the second was a duplicate key, I've opened a ticket on both yet still waiting for a response from them. I paid by PayPal so will try and recover my money that way if I don't here back in a day.

Update:
I've got 1 refund so far but still waiting for the second, it would have been better if it was a straight refund of my money not credit for there site but I'm happy to get something.

Second update:
I've had a response to my second ticket yesterday saying to give them 24 hours to get a new key off the seller or they will refund me. As requested I gave them this time with no key coming and as requested in the ticket i replayed to them hoping for a refund yet nothing has come back. If no refund or key comes buy tomorrow morning i will use PayPal to get a refund.

Third update:
I've now had to go through PayPal to get to a refund from them as I've heard nothing in the last 48 hours. They have admitted blame in the ticket i opened but that is it no replacement of the code has come.

My final word on these sites is don't trust them, they is plenty of good sites out there, this site and there other site kinguin are not to b trusted. Use one of the good ones like fanatical.com.cdkeys.com, greenmangaming.com

Have been using g2play.net since 2014…

Have been using g2play.net since 2014 without any problems - you pay, you get a key and that's it.

Now I bought a key thats already in use and the supportteam response times are terrible and you have no choice but to leave a ticket, 3 days so far, no response on a case concerning a refund on a key or a new key. Not cool.
They take a Processing Fee one every order to keep up the site ect. – spend it on Helpdesk/customer support.

Update: It took 14 days to solve the problem.
I made a negative internal report on regarding their supplier, but they will not approve it. For they think the matter is resolved (and it is), BUT I still got a key that was already used and spent several hours writing and waiting for answers.

Great prices, less-than-optimal support

Bought 10+ games on g2play.net so far in the last couple of years, it's usually a smooth process - you pay, you get a key and that's it. The thing is if something goes wrong or the key ends up not working - the aftersales response times are terrible and you have no choice but to leave a ticket - no actual chats with a human being, no calls etc. - only tickets. 6 days so far, no response on a case concerning a refund of a key that does not work - that's unacceptable.

I have an account on g2play for 5 years…

I have an account on g2play for 5 years now. The overall experience is a good one. Never had a problem with a key until now.

Everything went smooth, but a few days ago i decided to buy a key which was EU region locked so as I live in Europe I figured that`s not a problem. Well it was! The key did not work.

No worries, I opened a ticket, I was glad that the customer support usually responds in less than 24h but this is not the case. Today will mark the 3rd day I didn`t get a response.

This upsets me a little bit, i was expending a little more professionalism from G2Play

Buyer beware
I bought 2 codes for steam 1 for myself and another for a friend.
My code didnt work so i spoke to my friend and he told me I could use his.
I took screen shots showing the game was not installed and that the code was loaded in but was invalid.
I have waited along time after making up a ticket with them and they have only replied once saying looking into it each time. I have also got Paypal involved who are sorting it out for me.
If it looks good good to be true then it is.
