Borderlands 3 Preorder disaster
Preordered Borderlands 3 on their site hoping to get the key around the time when the game would be released(1 am). Got pretty disappointed that now, after 17 1/2 hours into the release I didn't get a key. Bought the same "Bundle"(Game+DLC) on HRKgame and they delivered it instantly. DO NOT PREORDER ON THIS SITE!

Don't buy your games a G2play. I pre-ordered Borderlands 3 so I could play it when it were released. Now its 10 hours past release, and I still havnt received my key.... When you try to contact costumersupport its a freaking BOT answering, and not working..
People are complaining on their facebook, and they are saying they will look into it, but process is so slow. Do yourself a favor - spend the extra bucks and buy it from the real vendor!

Simple to use
Simple to use, activation of Steam code did work without problems.
Invalid key, slow support
Sold an invalid key for a game. Very, very, slow support.
Update: 4 days to recognize my problem and my request for a refund, 5 more business days to issue the refund.
Spend your money somewhere else.

No response on ticket and LiveChat is down. And Facebook chat is a bot.
Invaild Key, this happens too often. And you pay extra to get protection for this? Does it mean their key sellers is scammers?
I will wait max until friday(4days), and Than I will take action over paypal.

Overall a great store. I only have had one problem so far (more than 50 transactions) and that one case got resolved quickly and without much effort. Really bad service
Bad service, bought a key which didnt work. Customer Support took days to answer, although i delivered all asked information to them i didnt get my money back. Lucky that paypal covers that. Never buying again on that site

My experience so far...
I have had in total about 4 aquisitions from G2play.net since I first found this site (leaving kinguin.net aside, which I am also customer of).
3 out of the 4 went with no trouble, keys delivered instantly, no complaints.
The fourth aquisition has been revoked by steam for having been actually revoked by g2play for being stolen. Inconvenient, but the issue has been solved in under 72hours with a small compensation from their side, and a refund.
Support speed could definitely be better but all in all their mechanism of solving problem works.
With these being said, truth has been reflected in this paragraphs so it is up to you customers if you decide to further trust in Kinguin.
