Brilliant service from Gabriel ash. They supplied and installed our new greenhouse and it is gorgeous. Very easy to work with when placing the order, kept me informed throughout the process as to expected delivery date etc and then the installation team were excellent. Arrived exactly on time, and worked efficiently to get it built that day. Cannot fault them from beginning to end and lovely to be able to support a local supplier.

Very helpful office team making the booking arrangements and checking the site access and base phots in advance - and then hassle free delivery and installation today. Aidan and Liam were the team doing the greenhouse installation and they were efficient, professional, flexible and friendly. Greenhouse looks really good and they cleared up the site nicely - many thanks!

I can’t believe how lucky I am to have a Grow and Store in my garden, since first seeing it at Chelsea Flower Show last September my excitement has grown steadily and I am so happy it is now in my garden bursting at the seams with tomato and courgette plants! I ordered a Grow/store greenhouse from Gabriel Ash 5 months before it was installed. I was given clear information that there was a delay in production and the greenhouse was installed at the time predicted.
Additionally, when I spoke to the staff at GA I was given accurate information about the details of the product.
Considerable effort goes into assuring that the base is made correctly. My builder found the information straightforward. On installation, everything worked smoothly. I would certainly recommend GA.

Customer service is very poor, never return emails or calls.

The greenhouse is very poor quality and leaks in the roof, corners, door and most glazing joints. Water just goes through the timber!!
Even though it was erected by Gabriel Ash staff. I emailed Gabriel Ash and they just ignored me.

Will be writing to the RHS and asking them why they endorse such a poor quality product.

I had a reply this morning, because of the storms they can’t reply quickly, before this COVID. It’s a pity they couldn’t resolve problems rather than looking for excuses to avoid them.

My Gabriel Ash greenhouse was purchased in 2018 - cost approximately £20,000 with 2 cold frames and 4 water butts. The roof now leaks badly, so the light no longer works as directly below the leak, window frames are badly positioned so howling drafts. Half the blinds were never delivered and I was in contact with someone at Juliana but lost his contact details over Christmas. Am writing to RHS to query why they endorse such an appalling product. I have taken photos and would like someone to contact me in order to put these issues right.

I bought a Grow and Store and am extremely pleased with the finished product - it is everything I thought it would be, having not actually seen one in real life! Like most/all shed/greenhouse providers Gabriel Ash clearly had initial supply issues especially as I first ordered it during lock down. However, once the supply logjam started to free up their communication was very good and they were at pains to work round my base construction schedule. I would also recommend paying for GA to install whatever you purchase as their fitters did a terrific job probably in a tenth of the time that I could have done it and saving a great deal of angst about what bit fits where. Roll on Spring!

I'm very pleased with the combo greenhouse-shed installed today. The order and delivery process was very straightforward and installers Ryan & Aiden did a great job erecting the structure within a couple of hours.

We ordered a greenhouse for our new home, a size larger than our previous one. I’m thrilled with it, and impressed with the service. The greenhouse has been beautifully installed.

We have had our Portico greenhouse for a few years. It is a fantastic building, well constructed and very usable. Some of the roof glass panels slipped. The aftercare service has been outstanding and the problem fixed.

Have no hesitation in recommending Gabriel Ash products

It was worth the wait. We now have a Harlow Carr sitting on a dwarf wall. Really delighted with the quality of the structure and the extremely professional installer.
Everyone at Gabriele Ash we came into contact with represented the Company very well. 5 Star rating all round.

The fitting and recent customer care has been truly five star quality, and the greenhouse itself is a thing of great beauty which I shall treasure and get great enjoyment from.
The only thing stopping me giving overall five star was the lengthy lead time since order (some 11 months).

We are delighted with our Grand Grow and Store green house.The two fitters Aidan and Ryan arrived early in the morning. The weather was not good, however despite the pouring rain which stopped only for a few minutes, they managed to complete the work by the end of the day. The work was done with great care and attention to detail and we were very happy with the result.
The greenhouse is wonderful. It is prefect for our needs and looks beautiful. The workmanship is excellent and the design adds beauty to the garden.
We are thrilled!

We had to wait a long time due to Gabriel Ash's order book but it was so worth it. The RHS Portico is a delight, the smell of the cedar is fantastic and the quality is worth every penny.
The team at Gabriel Ash under the Juliana Group were brilliant, very approachable and helpful. Aidan who erected the greenhouse for us was faultless.

When you buy a Gabriel Ash product, you buy into the best quality materials and craftsmanship that money can buy. And you also buy into a lifetime of the top customer care you can imagine. I speak from experience. I bought the display Grow and Store at the Malvern Show a few years ago and it is exactly right for my gardening aspirations and needs. I love it. However, after a couple of years there was a problem. Soon after reporting it to Gabriel Ash, a technician came and within a week the problem was sorted. At the same time, although there was no obligation on Gabriel Ash to do this, they installed two new blinds simply because the old ones showed wear and tear. The customer care of Gabriel Ash was far beyond my expectations.

The site of our new Vinehouse was dimensionally tight and with difficult access. The very good team of Aidan and Ryan did a sterling job and completed the work in good time. Top marks - good job.

Absolutely delighted with my grow and store. A high quality product that was installed without issue.
