A great site - with the best price I could find on the web. I ordered late on Saturday night and my watch arrived on Tuesday morning in perfect condition. A definite recommendation.

Excellent good delivery and on time

Havn't tested it yet as it is a birthday present for my partner. Parcel left on doorstep by delivery company, thus no evidence of delivery! Toaster box had every corner battered. from quality of wrapping it obviously like it when sent out. would have sent it back had I not been going on holiday today. Will obviously contact you if toaster does not work.Fortunately it looks ok.

Ordered an item, was delivered within a day or 2. The item was well packaged and arrived in one piece. Brilliant service and wouldn't hesitate in recommending Gadget Grotto to others.

Ordered an action camera on saturday, was dispatched on monday and arrived on wednesday, so faultless service, the price and postage were the best I could find also.

I ordered a model helicopter for my grown up son's birthday as a surprise. It flies beautifully and he is delighted with the challenge of flying it in more and more challenging places!

It is no reflection on the staff but the electric power boat I bought was of extremely poor build quality and caught fire on the first launch

I had a minor issue which could have been easily rectified but instead I've had email after email ignored and I can't get through to anyone on the phone. Have resorted to making a claim through paypal and still I haven't had a response.

Order process simple and product delivered quickly.

The toaster was fine, but having paid for a guaranteed delivery it arrived two days after the 'guaranteed' day. Never did receive an apology when I pointed the delay out to them.

Buy the kit, but save the money for special delivery.

Paid for next day delivery & it didn't arrive the next day!! No communication from emails or phone calls till over a week later!! Rubbish company will not use again!
