Screen protector vulnerability
Happy it was replaced so quickly, but --
Within days of purchasing the protector to replace my previous one that the same thing happened to, the protector suffered a minute chip at the edge sending radiating cracks across the screen. There was no impact to the phone. I suspect an object in my pocket pushed against it. The phone was not dropped or impacted. This is the second time this has happened. These screen protectors are vulnerable to this. I believe the edge profile is too high and sudden. I suggest looking into tapering the edges more gradually or enlarge the protector slightly to allow the protection from a case to protect the edge of the protector.

Replacement Screen Protectors
The first two replacement glass screen protectors arrived shattered. After these two were sent, they sent a replacement protector in the original packaging which then arrived intact. The customer service was excellent and I only used the chat feature. I highly recommend these products. I just wish that the first two screen protectors hadn't arrived shattered which also resulted in my phone screen having a few scratches while waiting for an intact screen protector to arrive.
