You have ordered the product thinking it's a case but we don't sell phone cases. Nowhere have we mentioned on our website that it's a phone case. Moreover, as clearly mentioned on our website, we do not accept returns or refunds for any orders placed through Cash On Delivery mode. Regardless, we are glad to replace your product with any other protection product of your choice. Please return the package back to us and we will initiate reshipment once we receive the package back for the current order.
Best full body screen protector for curved mobiles
I purchased screen and body protector for mu galaxy S20 plus form gadgetshieldz. Before I purchased this,tired my films but quality is not up the mark. Gadgetshieldz protectors are having very good quality with self healing technology which makes my phone very Cristal clear without single bubble.

Radical reduction in material qualtiy
I have been using gadgeshieldz for as long as I can remember. This review is for their product quality and not customer service. The thickness of the skins and shields have reduced by a huge margin over the past year or so. I know as now they are soo thin compared to earlier years. Pls increase the cost of you want to, but bring back the old quality team!

They have sent me the wrong colour
Ordered a yellow skin for my Hero 10 and they sent me a brushed gold colour
I have contacted customer service and they sent me a message that they can't change the colour after item shipped but it was not my mistake and I did not ask them to change the colour but send the correct one
Since then no answer so 1 star rating is the reward
