Ordered phone case was sent wrong one when I emailed i got no response. Also phoned and again nothing. Absolutely abhorrent company and recommend everyone to steer clear

Bought a screen protector and the quality was poor so I emailed asking for a refund. No reply for several days, which s very disappointing. Won't be using this company again, or recommending it to others, unless this is resolved.

I wished I had read the reviews before buying. My phone case arrived promptly, however it is of terrible quality and the phone does not fit properly.It is too small and when the phone is inside the case, it remains in this limbo of not being on , nor off. Total waste of £10.

I ordered a screen protector for my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. It arrived and I paid £16.46 for it.
The item went on but was bubbly and very rough and sticky. I couldn't see the screen properly. I had to get it removed it was stuck on so tightly. The man in the shop ripped it off but it broke into pieces and was no use to anyone that way. I got a new super screen protector for £10. When I emailed Gadget Wear Rochdale for a full refund they didn't respond. The phone number is constantly saying they can't take my call. Very frustrating for me with no follow-up customer care at all. I wouldn't recommend this service at all. Too expensive with no Customer service at all. A very disappointing situation all round.

This company will take your money put it on deposit and then fail to deliver the purchase. I ordered a Karchar was told it was out of stock and put on a wait list. After being informed the product had cleared QA and was to be delivered within two days, several weeks later nothing. The telephone numbers are unavailable, no response to repeated E-mail requests. PLEASE DO NOT USE IT IS A SCAM.......

Brought a charging case when I brought a iPhone 15 for convenience. This stopped working after 4 months. Gadget Wear only give 3 months warranty. I checked the case packaging and the company that make the case give you 12 months warrants. Contacted Gadget Wear on eBay ( where I purchased the case from) 1 response from 4 messages. Contacted them through the number on the website which is not answered all the time, to get the company details. They have been obtained and an email has been sent but no response and can’t get hold of Gadget Wear either. As I purchased a case for £49.99 I would avoid this company and products at all cost.

Bought an official Apple iPhone 14 case through Gadgetwear for £20 and I am stunned! As most Apple users would know, Apple phone cases sold directly though their own website cost £50 and upwards which is just outrageous for a phone case and no chance was I paying that. I was debating buying one off of eBay or FB Market Place, but I happened to stumble across Gadgetwear and they were being sold brand new for £20… Surely too good to be true right? That’s what I thought and believed it must be a fix of some sort, maybe a fake case, but I decided to take the gamble and WOW! It really is the real thing, (proof with the serial numbers and MagSafe animation on my iPhone) and was in the complete original packaging as if bought directly from Apple! Managed to bag myself an Apple iPhone case for £20 instead of £50! As well as this, I payed an extra £4 for a quicker delivery service instead of using the free one, and despite taking a bit longer than advertised, it still arrived very fast (3 days to be exact) Genuinely couldn’t recommend them anymore and will DEFINITELY be returning… 100% my new go to store for Apple accessories… Highly recommend you use Gadgetwear!
