Contacted the Gaiety Portsmouth who agreed to refund my ticket cost, several emails later stating a refund and cancellation of my tickets on the day. When the day past I never received the refund and the venue are no longer replying to my emails
For over one hour I attempted to purchase tickets to a production at the Gaiety Theatre. After logging on to their site , I was directed to the Ticketmaster site. Each time I attempted to purchase our tickets , my session expired far too quickly. On retries I had to select new seats at greater cost. The Gaiety sell tickets on site but not over the phone or on line. The present system of purchasing tickets does not seem effective and it is very stressful.
