Galapagos Natural Life helped me for searching the best tour for me, it was really last minutes, but they replied to me very quick.

We had a great time. Everything was so well organised, that we had the chance to enjoy each and every moment at Galapagos Islands. The tour programme was just perfect and exactly what we had asked for. We can only recommend the operator.

This tour ticked all my checkboxes. I was contacted weeks in advance with detailed tour instructions and information, activities were modified based on my preferences, all pick-ups and drop-offs were seamless, and great customer service from Yumiko and Betty. Isabela and Bartolome Islands were stunning with each island offering unique experiences and natural beauty. Would highly recommend this tour as all planning are done by the experts so we can enjoy the islands to our fullest.

Wow, Galapagos Natural Life/Last Minute gave exceptional service. Yumiko was so patient and helped out with all aspects of my Galapagos trip from booking a cruise, to organising day tours. She also helped organise my trip to Cotopaxi/Quilotoa which was amazing! I visited Yumiko for three days straight before making my decision and each time she worked with me to get me the best tours. She even helped me negotiate some last minute deals. Her English was very good and I highly recommend her for your booking! Her communication was excellent, answering all questions and even checking in to see how my cruise went!

In our 5 days between Santa Cruz, Isabela and Bartolomé we got to see a lot of animals and enjoy the islands on our own in the evenings. Isabela was the highlight, I strongly recommend it as there is tons of marine life, birds and the town is also nice to chill out. Staying in Santa Cruz for the most part was great too as it has a bigger town (Puerto Ayora). Communication was excellent and every pick up and drop off was on point. Remember to consider all the expenses (some little, some not so much) that are not covered: from sea taxis ($1) to dinners (~$20 p/p).

Yumiko at Galapagos Last Minute was fantastic to work with. She identified several cruises that met my very specific needs, was extremely responsive, and once I booked a cruise, she provided very clear information and instructions so that my travel experience was smooth and easy.

Yukimo was really helpful and reassuring during the booking process and nothing was an issue. The cruise was as described and went above and beyond our expectations. We had an amazing time and would wholly recommend.

Galapagoslastminute help us book the tour for Infinity 8D/7N cruise at Galapagos, and Napo wildlife center, they are very responsive and helpful; we found we shall have 12/8 available for Quito day tour, Rodrigo help us to get and excellent tour guide Felipe while we have the last minute request for private tour at 12/7 evening. the service is excellent.

Absolutely amazing trip! First off I would like to start off by acknowledging the work done by Yumiko setting up the "last minute" cruise. She scored us an absolutely wonderful trip on an amazing yacht - the Natural Paradise. Her constant and informative communications (via email and WhatsApp) while booking and prior to departure made me feel at ease.

As for the boat itself, nothing but good things to say. The cruise was described as "luxury class" and I have to say, I love how the 1% live. I felt completely spoiled by the attention given to us by the staff. Food was wonderful and plentiful. Off ship excursions included snorkeling, easy hikings, kayaking and a tour of a tortoise reserve on Santa Cruz island.

Fantastic cruise around the Galapagos with the EcoGalaxy. Everything was great, the staff, the boat, the activities, the food and the group.
