NOT IN THE UK
tricked me in to ordering thinking they was UK based but after waiting a week and no email I chase them up only to receive a reply saying they will aim to dispatch my order in 21 days and it will be from USA.
I have demanded a refund and 4 days later still have zero response or refund.
Morons, don't bother ordering.
Placed Order 4th July 2015 - No email confirmation received of order.
20th July 2015 received email stating my order was despatched on the 7th July 2015.
14th Aug 2015 emailed them to find out what was going on with my order as it still not arrived.
Received a prompt email back from them with an apology stating there was a glitch in the system and the order was NOT processed, what a joke. I was given the option of starting this sharard again, this time with free posting or a full refund, guess what I chose!
How on earth are these halfwits still operating????
P.S I'm from the UK and these items were supposedly being shipped from the states. I just wished I read the reviews before I ordered.

They did not mentioned this fact so Customers will be faced with duty and custom fees too.
They are not recommended about dishonest business manning as they mislead Customers.
Secondly their tracking system always show different stages.
Thirdly Customer service is stopped answering thereafter asked about order and unmentioned circumstances.
I am very disappointed about them.Beware!
