GALP Tankstelle La Jonquera, Spanien verstösst gegen EU-Recht und nationales Recht.
In dieser Tankstelle wurde am 18.8.2023 um 10:59 Uhr von mir verlangt, meinen Personalausweis zu hinterlegen, um den Tankvorgang durchführen zu können. Dies verstösst unter anderem gegen § 1 Abs. 1 Satz 3 BGB. Auch abgesehen davon war der Service das Allerletzte. So musste ich beispielsweise 3 Mal (!) die Angestellte hinter der Kasse darum bitten, meine Säule freizuschalten. Als der Tankvorgang endlich möglich war, hielt es der (mutmassliche) Pächter noch für erforderlich, mit mir eine Diskussion anzufangen. In 4 Jahrzehnten Autofahrerleben habe ich eine solche Frechheit nicht erlebt.
