Virtually no support after signing contract, they ignore virtually all e-mails. 2-hour data delay (FusionSolar (inverter manufacturer app) has 5-minute delay). If you turn something on/off, you must wait 2+ hours to verify the impact (e.g. it is now 14:00 and the latest data is from 11:15). The period of time of some of the data isn't clear ("Energy generated from the sun" - since when?). Constant synchronization problems and errors (latest data at 23:15 is sometimes from 11:15). Virtually useless support, they ask you to call instead of addressing your concerns. Otherwise good.

He contractado los paneles solares en Septiembre. El departamento comercial fue rápido y eficiente en firmar el contrato.

Y luego... Nada. Han desaparecido.
10+ correos, varias llamadas al servicio de atención a clientes y comercial, y simplemente no pasa nada.
No ha venido un técnico, no han pedido licencia, nada.
Tampoco te saben decir que problema hay en el proceso, cuánto se va a tardar.

También he contactado a través de LinkedIn directores commerciales y de soporte - y siempre nada.

Una experiencia frustrante y verdaderamente vergonzosa por una empresa de este tamaño, completamente incapaz de deliverar su producto principal.

After signing a contract in September, nothing actually happened.

They didn't ask for permits, they didn't make a technical inspection or anything else. The process Simply stopped there.

Despite several calls, emails and LinkedIn reachouts to managers and executives, nothing still happens.
Nobody can say why the installation is stuck, when will it resume, or give any sort of indication and timeline.

This was such a waste of time.
