While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

I RARELY WRITE REVIEWS BUT CHECK THIS …

I own a small restaurant and had a really slow month, so I tried to pull some money from my Gama Global Markets account to cover payroll. That was three weeks ago. They've been holding up my account verification ever since. I've called their 24/7 support line at least six times, sent messages through their portal, and even tried their live chat. Every time I got the same runaround. Someone would say they'd escalate it, and then nothing would happen. No callback, no email, no update.

I'm not some big forex trader chasing quick profits. I'm a working guy who runs a kitchen and employs eight people. I put in the minimum deposit of two hundred thousand dollars to start and was drawn in by their ASIC license claim and the promise of instant payments. They made it sound so simple. Deposit, trade, withdraw whenever you need. What a joke. I gave myself plenty of time because I know these things can drag, but my staff's payday came and went and I still couldn't access my own money.

The worst part is their customer service is available around the clock, but they don't actually do anything. I kept getting the same script about how my request was being processed. They offer all these withdrawal methods too, credit cards, bank transfers, crypto. None of it mattered because they wouldn't verify my account in the first place. I felt like I was yelling into a void.

After hitting a dead end with their team, I reached out to a group called QuickRicoTech that another business owner recommended. They took a look at my documents and figured out that Gama Global Markets was sitting on a form I'd already submitted twice. They helped me get it resubmitted the right way and suddenly everything moved. My funds cleared and I paid my staff, but I wasted three weeks stressing over something that should have taken a few days. I shouldn't have needed outside help to get a basic withdrawal processed.
