Did not get the item . The delivery driver took the parcel with him and mark it as delivered ( CCTV checked by the parcel shop ) . Just wondering why Game can not use Royal Mail a trusted postage courier service instead .

3 weeks late on delivery for a pre order.
No customer support communication. Definitely will not be doing a pre order ever again.
Online chat system with human was pointless very rude and unhelpful and didn’t have a clue what he had to do to help. Please update your customer service skills and pre order system and email communications and general communication. This company has really gone down the drain. Disappointed doesn’t even come close.
Preordered silent hill 2 for PS5
Preordered silent hill 2 for PS5. Game was released on the 8th of October. Received the steel book without the game on the 12th. Have yet to receive an update on the actual game disc . Haven't even received an email saying it has shipped. It's been over a week since the game released.
Been buying software and hardware from game.co.uk for decades and this has never happened before.
I doubt I will be buying from this company again. It's a shame they have the rights to the exclusivity on steel book and special editions.

tyrant game manager is a hypocrite
went in to my local game shop and was met by the local manager who had a real chip on his shoulder.
He declared to me "we dont have time to speak to you"
After spending thousands of pounds in that shop it suddenly dawned on me. Why do i want to support a shop that tries to dictate to me when i can use my god given rights to express myself?
Answer? I dont wont ever go back to that shop again! My god i helped pay that goons wages and his attitude is rank
