Usually staff are very good
Usually staff are very good, however I was waiting at the till to be served for over 5 minutes. One member of staff was on and they dealt with this customer, for over 5 minutes who was just asking for information. I wouldn’t have minded but didn’t even say sorry for that wait and he wasn’t buying anything, could have just said please bare with me while I quickly serve this customer.
