There is no process to log a complaint- I went to the Basildon branch & the shop assistant manager jolie sold myself a product which wasn’t as described upon inspection. She offered me a refund which I accepted but it ended up being refunded onto a gift card which I did not request for. She refused to issue me a full refund & refused to allow me to spend the money on the gift card on the day. Overall a very poor service & she was very rude.

The fact that I could actually find…
The fact that I could actually find what I was looking for for once at game. Just recently it's been hard to find exactly what I'm looking for in game but on this occasion I really did find something straight away at Basildon store which was very surprising. This is how all game stores should be.
