It's a preorder, so I don't know if I'll actually enjoy the product. Unless its damaged, that's not Game's fault though. I've picked 4 over 5 stars because I still had to pay delivery to pick it up in store. On 5ge other hand, I get a £5 voucher out of it, so it balances out.

manager doesn’t respond to anything
was told a load of lies from when i made my purchase to then going black friday and speak with a young girl who was fantastic and gave my details to the manager and asked me to call which i’ve been awaiting for a few weeks to still have no phone call from the manager blackburn branch
