Overpriced and traded games cex offered more. They said if you have an account you get extra 10%. I have one and it was only £0.67p. I still bought the game but waste of time.

Knowledgeable and supportive!

I came in store to pick up Tekken 8 launch edition, but afterward changed my mind and wanted to go for the collectors edition after the team had explained to me what was included and the differences in the editions.
I also noticed my game elite points had been wiped due to inactivity. The colleague helped me to reactive elite, who to contact to get my points back (which the Game online customer services team did for me and were also helpful), refund the launch edition funds onto my elite wallet, and then guide me on how to order it online.
For a relatively complicated purchase, the team really helped to ensure it was done in the rights steps and was seamless

Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service. I walked into the Bluewater branch with 5 of my sons older and completed games. We were offered a price for them all and as a loyalty member received an additional 10% to the total value. This enabled us to purchases the new EA FC game for only £1.09. The chaps was very helpful and super friendly.

Son bought a Monopoly game from Game…

Son bought a Monopoly game from Game Bluewater and decided not to give it as a present and wanted to return it with the receipt for a refund.

It states clearly you accept returns with receipt.

My son was point blank refused a refund. Staff said its only for items that are damaged or not working?

He paid £25 and wants a refund.

It may be because he has learning difficulties and is a bit slow that they thought they could treat him badly and give him the runaround.

This time you have me THE MOTHER FROM HELL! to deal with.

I will be taking it back to Bluewater Wednesday and GETTING it refunded in full or else!

How can you treat people like this?

Terrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!

I will be repeating this story on all other platforms I can find to tell future customers what a rotten shop you have at Bluewater.

Have a good mind to protest outside there as well.

Not disabled friendly at all!

Just tried opening a TICKET online it needs an order no. Its not an order i have the item and want my money back!

I put trustpilot review in order no box its gone thru I will be visiting Game Bluewater Thursday if nothing comes of this review for a full refund.

Update Son paid cash for this item. He was told you do not refund when item is paid for in cash as you are owned by House of Fraser and have been for the past 3 years?

Should not matter how he paid, cash or card he wants a refund. It was a woman at Bluewater on till?

Update: Had email from Game saying take back to store? Doh! Thats what sons tried already. Dont worry will be back there Thursday with son. If not refund i'll be outside warning shoppers not to use this store as not abiding by their refund policy and exploiting disabled people as well!
