We visited today and few times before always served with a smile each staff member acted so professional my child was there 2 hours as we have the unlimited pass the staff were so lovely and their customer service was A* in the Broadway bradford game.

Easy to find what I needed and staff are always happy to help too with any enquiries

Staff were more interested in talking amongst themselves than actually helping any of the customers. Waiting around to pay for awhile and then when it came to paying I asked for a bag which was acknowledge with “sure” to then handed my items without a bag . When queried about the bag I got an eye roll and told it’s £2

True in value for deadisland 2 was £14 that is poor

Staff were excellent and supportive, especially considering it was using Game Arena with a Young Person in Care. Respectful, kind, attentive towards the young person. Great customer service by all staff

Got served fast, didn’t have my rewards card so they found me on the system to make sure I got my points

The Bradford Broadway branch needs ventilation an AC it is hot and unhygienic. The staff keep saying the AC is broken but doesn't get fixed. This is a huge turn off especially when one has a health condition and it feels claustrophobic.
It is like a sauna imagine the germs !
