Poor service. again.

Poor service.
Had item on sale toy £30 down to £20 got to the till scanned at £30 said couldn't have it at marked price. End of.

Considering 90% of the stock is a mess and on sale you cannot guarantee any prices are correct. Kinda entrapment hoping people will just pay the full price.

BTW this is the 3rd GAME to do this. I will just stick to Smyths around the corner, great prices, service and better choice even for games 🤗

Crap service .ordered on click and…

Crap service .ordered on click and collect but had to wait two days even though product was in stock in store ,will not use again

just purchased an xbox x from game i…

just purchased an xbox x from game i used the click and reserve waited 4 hours then they say sorry theres been a mistake and they are not in stock so i used click and collect paid for it only to find out i have to wait 1-2 buisness days for my order but surely click and collect means you pay go to store and collect they dont even mention this when u order i only seen this when i checked the delivery options any other store that uses click and collect means u pay got to store and collect same day
