GAME - Bromley Reviews 27

I was not told about there refund policy at the time of purchase. When i tried to return an unopened item with my receipt after 1 week i was only offered a gift card to the value. Unable to find anything in store i want so left 60 quid out of pocket. Never will i buy from this useless shop again.
After being contacted by game after this review i am directed to an automated website which offers no help at all. I have 4 young sons, have already bought 1 ps5 from them and plenty of other items. I am so diissapointed in their customer service i will be taking my business elsewhere in future. Funny how if i had purchased the item online i would of been offered a refund. This sort of service makes me want their business to fail like so many other high street shops.

I've been waiting for my ps5 from November 2023 , communication from game is non-existence, they been paid and also have ps5 which has not been dispatched I continually email with no direct reply to my problem and always starting a new ticket so my issue does not get addressed but reset sets me getting my ps5

Also Toby in Bromley is a good manger and tries too help so I must add that as I've included Bromley game in review that Toby tries to help

I've looked for a Xbox S for a while and checked the prices, was gonna buy today at Amazon. however this morning they ran out of stock.
Checked round couldn't find anything suitable then remembered GAME, checked online, £199 - so called to see if it was same in store and Rob informed me they were selling for £189, so went in met Rob who remembered I called and he was very easy to speak with and knowledgeable taking me through all the bits and pieces. First Class Rob, Well done GAME and the High Street! You will be first choice next time.

Paid £179.98,and only got back £4.40 in elite points.

Staff checked properly for the availability of game even when IT did not have correct info

Great customer service and advice. I was looking for a particular game and the lady who served me helped me find it and offered me an unopened game which was the same price as the opened game.

Very helpful member of staf who checked I had the right console for the game I was buying.
