Cancelled my online order a day after placing it, even before it was despatched
Still waiting for refund 3 weeks later
Online chat totally useless, requesting 24 hours for an update still waiting 1 week later for a reply.
Order should have been sent back by the Game store a week after they received it but they still have it .
Absolutely awful service
Will never use Game again. Just shocking customer service

Excellent service
Excellent service. Came in and spoke to the manager about being unable to pay for a game online. He reassured us that there would be copies available on the release day. And there were. The staff were very lovely and helpful on the day of purchase.
