Not great service

The Crewe Store refused to give a refund for a faulty item that my son purchased so now he's stuck with it, the guy at store said they don't give refunds any more so I'm glad it only cost £11 instead of 200, Game has changed, i will never go in there again and unless you have money to lose or you are guaranteed its not a faulty item my advice would be to stay clear of Game

Customer service is poor, had to take two trips to try and refund a faulty console as two of the staff were being arsey and claiming they couldn’t see an issue so I had to go home and set everything back up again to record the issue and try again

No staff on the till had to wait ages…

No staff on the till had to wait ages to be served and all staff was in the back ( staff room)

I pre ordered a game and when I went to…

I pre ordered a game and when I went to collect it, the guy told me it wasn’t in stock, paying no mind to the 50+ copies on display behind him. I couldn’t be bothered arguing, as this wasn’t the first time something like this has happened. So I requested a refund and purchased the game elsewhere. CEX are much easier to deal with.
