My son purchased several items from the…
My son purchased several items from the store in Dumfries on the 3/11 spending over £300 and realised shortly afterwards he had been charged double for one item which was £129.99. On returning back to the store we were kept waiting for over an hour only to be informed that they couldn’t do anything as no manager was available but they would contact us on the 6/11 to confirm a refund as they had reviewed the transaction on cctv and confirmed it was the store clerk was at fault. We have spent several hours trying to contact Game since the 3/11 but they do not answer phone calls or on line chat is just as bad as the person we were chatting to just kept asking the same question, again this went on for over an hour.

It was the first time I had been in and the boy that served me was really polite and friendly and hand a good wee laugh with him 😂 He let me know about Gamecard thing lol so I've signed up to that also.
I was also buzzing as I noticed the funko pops 🙈 I collect them and could literally spend a fortune haha 😄 anyways my little girl was happy she got a very expensive peekachoo squishmallow lol and the Game Staff were a good bunch 😄 😊 😀

I love the game I got only problem that I have is I was part of the vip service but had to change my bank account and had forgot to move the payment over so they reset my hole card after having over 25 pound worth of rewards and not all of it was when I was a vip member
