Shop was busy but assistants got orders ready and waiting for customers in the queue. Couldn't be more friendly and helpful.

Never shopping at GAME again

Ideally I would give GAME shop Exeter a zero. I paid a deposit and pre-ordered two pokemon boxes (ETBs) in August and was reassured that I would receive a text when the items were released. I visited the store several times but was told the ETBs were not yet available. Finally I went in again today and was told my two ETBs had been sold to another customer (no explanation why they had not notified me when released. Worse still the shop assistant (Mark) refused to return my deposit - forcing me to have a gift card. Il now follow up with trading standards. I do not recommend ever pre-ordering from the Exter branch. Disgraceful customer service. I spend a lot of money in the GAME store but that will stop after todays dreadful experience.

Top customer service and as result of previous experience, very good timing and response from their twitter account (I did reserve a copy of a game for one of my mates' birthday present in the past).
12/10 would recommend this store.

Excellent shopping experience

Quick, friendly service, staff very helpful and the shop had what I wanted in stock as well as a few bits I didn’t expect but was happy to see (e.g dungeons and dragons merchandise as well)
