Not much to say except from the person…
Not much to say except from the person that worked there. Approached me and asked if I needed help with anything, we then chatted for 5/10 mins about different games, games being remade, gave me some info I didn't know about psn and just made my time there more pleasant.

Got a ps5
It was good traded in a PS4 and payed 230 and got a disc ps5( I did also trade in loads of games and have a elite membership so got loads of money back, I also managed to preorder spider man 2

Second horrendous experience I’ve had in a matter of weeks. Tried to buy an oled switch and was told the game that came with it wasn’t available so I would just have to go without.
Shame because there are some really good staff just one that seems to have no idea how to deal with things diligently.
