Excellent delivery

Staff always helpful & knowledgeable.

The staff are great, friendly, willing to help if you need it. I cant complain, as it's an awesome store, more bothered about meeting your needs and wanting you to leave satisfied, than letting you leave bothered about sales. Game where you matter most as a gamer, than as a customer.

Staff make the experience that much better with product knowledge and a good understanding of the policies, They will also help in rewards card if you spend alot to gain further discounts.
The store layout is done well and often changes as stock levels change.
They offer a wide range of games including board games, card games and video games.

Great Staff very helpful and knowledgeable

I always go to my local store in Ilkeston, the staff are amazing. I've been going there for about 10 years and they've shown me games I'd have never tried myself (Skyrim), talked enthusiastically about new things and the staff are the reason I keep going back.
When I needed a new PS5 I went to the store, they talked me through all of the options and gave the great service thy always do. Thanks for all your help :-)

The in store retail experience is a dying art form, people are moving to online purchases and in many cases justifiably so, but Games stores are still managing to present great retail pricing coupled with the know how of their teams, who are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My local store is Ilkeston and on a number of occasions now they've gone out of their way to add value to my experience, thank you.
