Went to the Inverness store to purchase…
Went to the Inverness store to purchase this game and to browse others. The store is upstairs and not accessible for wheelchair users. I usually get game gift cards from my family at birthdays etc. But will tell them not to give game gift cards any more as I cannot browse the games in store, and delivery is expensive if ordered online.

I am sorry you are not pleased with the delivery fees and the access upstairs in
one of our stores.
We use secure delivery services to both homes and stores to ensure our great
products arrive safely for our customers. Our return fees are for the same
reasons, so we can track and keep your return safe should this be lost in the
courier network.
All of our stores that have more than one storey are fitted with a lift, you
will need to request a member of staff to be able to show you to the lift and
they will be happy to help.
