Product was received damaged. I had to pay £5 for shipping, only to receive my item wrapped in a plastic bag. Was not planning on opening it myself, however, due to the damage, thought this was not good enough to give away. There is not even an option for a refund for a click and collect purchase.

GAME HAS FALLEN OFF
Probably the worst customer service support I’ve ever been given, ordered my games on the 27th of August 2024 with standard uk 3-7 day delivery, it’s only getting delivered today 20th of September 2024, took far too long to process absolutely appalling service GAME overall has really fallen off will not be ordering games again from them.

Bought a nintendo switch game from staines store. Only to be told its a online version and no game cartridge inside the box. Its misinterpretation as they stacked the cartridge boxes giving the impression of cartridges. Whem asked for a refund was only given gift voucher for the value, which is against law. As per consumer contract act 2013 and 2015 a misinterpretedsale should be given full refund in cash. Manager denied to be of any help. Absolute bullies.
