GAME - Macclesfield Reviews 4

We bought the ps5 in Macclesfield Game inside the sports direct when the offer for its reduced price was on just over a week ago and the first time we went in was to do the trade in deal with my ps4, where we were told quite bluntly that it would take over two hours to check it and it was going to be closing in 1.5 hours. Furthermore, we were told that this member of staff had ‘other things to do’ when he was quite obviously just chatting to his colleagues. We were told on the Friday that we could not do the trade-in deal until the Monday so we ended up not doing this deal at all- we sold it online for £30 more than trade in price. We still wanted the ps5 and game did have the best deal so we went in on the Sunday to buy it from the same shop where we had to wait 15 minutes for a GAME staff member to come and see us and eventually we got home with the ps5. Overall, very good deal but had to face some lazy and stubborn staff members to get it making this a 5/10 experience.
