Terrible service still waiting for parcel and emailed and spoken to somebody who said they would find out what is happening that was a week ago and still nothing

When I went to buy an Xbox Series X I asked at the till to get one of the bundles advertised int he shop floor. The attendant then rudely walked away without a word to me to speak to their colleague, presumably to ask if that bundle was a thing. The attendant went and got the console from the back and came back. I was forced into giving my personal details to sign up to a rewards program (which I am now inundated with emails about) in order to buy the xbox. It said nowhere that this was mandatory. The attendant then proceeded to drop the box onto the counter top with a thud as they were trying to put it into the bag. I work in customer service and so I very rarely complain because I totally get the stresses of retail however on this occasion considering I was spending so much money it really felt wild to me that that was the kind of customer service I received. I can forgive poor training but the disregard for what I was buying felt a bit much to ignore. Considering the store is generally empty you’d think staff would see such a purchase as a positive?

Excellent service at Manchester City Centre store. Chatty/friendly female member of staff, and great customer service. Put my product ( which was big ) behind the desk before I paid for it to help me shop further. I didn’t ask, they offered or saw me struggling :)

Chap who served me at Game House of Fraser in Manchester was superb.
Great advice, patient and pleasant to deal with.
