Stay away from GAME if you can!

Stay away from GAME if you can!

Ordered a PS5 with 1-2 Business Days delivery. They charge 4.99 for instore delivery, which is ridiculous but that is not the main thing. Took them a week to get the PS5 shipped to the store. What they didn't tell me: the store I selected does not do pickup anymore so they rerouted it to another one. When I was in "my" store to pick up the guy was nice but when I said "ok so if my PS5 is in another store, why don't you give me one of your sitting around here, sort it internally, and I can leave happy". They couldn't do it for system reasons so I decided to have my PS5 shipped back and cancel the order. That was 6 days ago, still not showing as "returned" in the system, no refund, and customer service ignoring me. Absolutely horrendous and I won't buy there again
