The two gentlemen at the Nuneaton store was not very helpful and seemed like it was the inconvenience that I was talking to them and asking questions, so the one star is for poor customer service

Ordered the ps5 Friday morning

Ordered the ps5 Friday morning. Had no update since Friday. And now they have email me 3 days after. asking for a review. To ask if I liked the product i don’t have yet. and how they did ? 🧐😄. Game should have a better tracking system

PS5 order issues, poor customer service, rude and unhelpful employees.

I ordered a PlayStation 5 console online during Black Friday sales for £389.99 after two days payment was taken from my account, a further couple of days I was notified, that the products is out of stock and unable to be delivered.

I requested a full refund and order cancellation so that I may order a console in store, online advisor informed me they will raise this with finance team and request refund. ReservesdPS5 console in store for same price, went in to store a day later and was informed I could not purchased for the price advised online and they were not willing to honor the purchase price and wanted me to pay £478.99 whilst also being exeedingly rude.

Begrudgingly purchased the slim console as I was not willing to purchase the older console for the same price as a new one especially as my time had already been wasted twice first by the online order second by the reservation price not being honoured. Several days later I received an email stating the online order has been dispatched despite my request for a refund and order cancellation.

Attempted to return slim console to store and was informed I was unable to do so due to the packaging being opened, again employees rude and dismissive despite my time being wasted having been given two consoles one of which I should not have had to pay full price for the second I requested the order to be cancelled and refunded, very dissatisfied and frustrated as I am now down almost £400 in my account and have to go through the arduous process to try and get the online order returned or attempt to sell it in to recuperate the cash on the product I payed more for.

Absolutely awful experience from start…

Absolutely awful experience from start to finish.
Couldn't get any of the offers to work , Kept me waiting for 30mins. what happened to the days when you used to walk in a shop hand over your money and leave with the product you asked for. I can definitely see why people are shopping online.
